You are viewing one of the 50 simulations run on the Facebook dataset from SNAP. In this simulation, there are 2191 people and 3750 connections. A random walker isolates communities from the original dataset. When refreshing, you will probably see another simulation. I wrote the code to run the simulations in Python, using the NetworkX library. I'm using Three.js for the visualization. My code can be found on Github.
